Anyone can refer. Agents, brokers, owners, past guests, friends, family — anyone who knows the right owner.
After the referred owner signs and completes their first full month under our management. Partial months don’t count — once that first full month closes, we confirm and process payment shortly after.
Submit the referral first whenever possible. If they contact us directly, we’ll still honor the referral when we can clearly attribute the introduction to you — we ask every new lead how they heard about us.
If the same lead comes in from two sources, we credit whoever submitted first.
Your referral remains attributed to you. If they sign later, you still get paid — whether that’s in two weeks or eight months.
No. There is no cap on the number of $1,000 referral bonuses you can earn.
If you regularly connect with condo owners — agents, brokers, or anyone with a real network — reach out about a custom partnership before you start. We can structure something more lucrative when there’s volume involved.
No. They need to own the property, but it does not need to be operating as a short-term rental yet. We work with owners launching an STR, self-managing, or switching from another manager.
